These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SwitchView Smart Glass. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

Supply and installation of smart glass
Smart film application
Custom glass solutions

All services are subject to site assessment, product availability and agreed specifications.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days, unless stated otherwise
Prices may vary depending on measurements, design changes or site conditions
Final pricing will be confirmed before installation begins

4. Payment Terms
A deposit, typically 60–70%, is required to begin production or secure materials
The remaining balance is payable upon completion, or as otherwise agreed
Late payments may result in delays or additional charges

5. Installation
Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the installation area
Installation timelines may vary depending on the size and condition of the project
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or lack of site readiness

6. Smart Film and Smart Glass Disclaimer
Smart film is applied to existing glass and the final result depends on the condition of that glass
Existing defects, scratches or imperfections may affect the finished appearance
Full smart glass units generally provide a more seamless and premium finish

7. Electrical Requirements
Smart glass operates on low voltage, typically up to 60V
Clients must ensure access to a suitable power source
Any electrical work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately

8. Warranty

Warranty is provided on smart film, smart glass and electrical components, although terms may vary depending on the product.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage
Improper use or tampering
Modifications carried out by third parties

9. Liability
SwitchView Smart Glass shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract

10. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun
Any cancellation request must be made in writing

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
